Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission along with the Rockville Town Council will
hold a work session on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center 43 East
Main, Rockville, Utah.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Consultant-led [Michael Hansen] discussion regarding the statewide initiative to update local
subdivision ordinances. Specific discussion items may include:
a. Overview of the legislative mandate and intended outcome.
b. Discussion of initial audit of the existing Rockville code found at
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M92BC94x16ycsksEGuZVDxvTdW4zSit_/view?usp=sharing .
c. Upcoming milestones and next steps.
4. Adjourn.
