NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Vineyard City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, starting at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers at 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah, to hear public comment regarding a change in the form of city government from a 5-member to a 6-member council, as proposed in a resolution passed on June 26, 2024. Per Title 10, Chapter 3b, Part 6 of Utah State Code, there are to be 2 public hearings concerning this matter, of which this will be the first. The second hearing is to be scheduled at a later date. Any person having an interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearings. Written comments and requests for copies of materials can be emailed to tonyl@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy City Recorder at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
