The Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on this item on July 9,
2024. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindon City Hall building. All
interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment
regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written
testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
Craig Olsen, with Olsen Industrial Park, has made an application to amend the
Lindon City zoning map for the property located at 1093 West Center Street. The
proposed amendment will amend the zoning of the property from Heavy
Industrial (HC) to Light Industrial (LI). The applicant also made an application to
subdivide the property into two lots.
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the above
items. The planning commission will make a recommendation to the Lindon City
Council for changing the zoning. The Lindon City Council will make the final
determination of whether to change the zoning of the property.
