a. Replace the existing cedar fence with a new 6' cedar fence on the south property line at 2550 Van Buren Avenue.
2. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters at 972 26th Street.
3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to refurbish the hanging blade sign at 253 25th Street.
4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install a 'Cake Topper'/Sign on the building at 2501 Grant Avenue.
