Public Budget Hearing:
1. 5:00 Review Fiscal Year ending June 30 2025 Budget and take public comments.
2. 5:15 Open the Budget for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024 for a revision of funds.
Close Public Hearing and open regular Council Meeting
1. 5:20 Approve minutes from the June 3, 2024 Council Meeting
2. 5:25 Adopt Budget for FY ending June 30, 2025 Resolution 6.17.24
3. 5:30 Approve the budget revision of funds for FY ending June 30, 2024
4. 5:35 Larry and Lori Bailey: 400 West road right-of-way
5. 5:45 Library business: Approve Outdoor Recreational Equipment policy
6. 5:55 Approve Certified Tax Rate
7. 6:00 Pay bills
8. 6:10 Other business
Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of
'52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides
procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting
electronically. As of the time of this notice no one requested to participate electronically.
