NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK DESERT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JUNE 10, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on May 9, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of a tentative amendment to the District's 2024 budget, to account for new bond issuances and associated increase in property tax rate to 10 mills (0.010 per dollar), the maximum mill levy authorized in the District's Governing Document, and set a date for a public hearing to take comment on the same.
