Pledge of Allegiance 2. Consider approval of minutes for April 8, 2024, regular meeting 3. Consider approval of Mar-Apr 2024 disbursements 4. Consider approval of budget to actual revenue and expense of Mar-Apr 2024 5. 2023 Financial Audit Results - Presentation by Hinton Burdick Background and information: Hinton Burdick has conducted an annual audit of all District Financials for the budget year of 2023. The results will be provided in a presentation. 6. District Manager Updates - Sale of Depleted Assets (Trailers) - Recollect Report - HHW Results - Infrastructure Update - Cell 5B Construction Update - Landfill Gas Update - Education Status Update - URS contribution changes Adjourn
