1. Discussion and possible action to approve an MOU with WCWCD for upsizing infrastructure and pipeline replacement on the Toquerville Parkway project.
2. Discussion and possible action on appointing a Toquerville City Prosecutor.
3. Discussion and possible action on authorizing the circulation of an RFP for Appeals Authority for Toquerville City.
4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2024.XX - Discharge of Fireworks to designate a specific location and times to discharge fireworks within the city limits.
5. Discussion and possible action on approving Work Order #2024-2 from Sunrise Engineering for the Transportation Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis in the amount of $84,700.00.
6. Discussion on Resolution 2024.XX - A resolution to adopt the proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.
7. Discussion regarding Firelight Development and a request to allow vertical construction prior to the Toquerville Parkway completion.
