Members will review the February 21, 2024 and April 17, 2024 meeting minutes and consider for approval.

A. Loan Amendment and Conditional Waiver for The Catherine Phase 1 and 2 Request
Members will consider and may provide a recommendation for a loan amendment and conditional waiver of deed restriction for The Catherine Phase 1 and Phase 2, which received a funding allocation in the FY2023-24 Competitive Affordable Housing Funds Notice of Funding Availability through the Housing Development Loan Program (HDLP)
