In accordance with Utah law, notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County School District
Board of Education will convene on May 28, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. for a regularly scheduled
Study Session. The Board of Education meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Meetings will be held
in Wasatch Education Center Board Chambers, 101 E 200 N, Heber, UT.
This meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com.
During the community comment section of the board meeting (comments and questions) will
be accepted in-person, via email or online attendance via Zoom. Public participation is
encouraged.

An Executive Session may follow the board meeting to discuss the character, professional
competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and the purchase, exchange, or
lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. Section 52-4-5 of the
Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
