Description/Agenda

The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding an amendment to the River Haven subdivision application (approx. 4500 N. Millrace.) Approved plat has been attached for reference. Proposed amendment affects the plat and development agreement. Applicant is Trevor Williams. Proposed amendment includes adding 6 additional dwelling units in project, to be placed on Lots 106 and 107. Therefore, as proposed, lots 106 and 107, would contain 10 dwelling units (2 of them affordable housing units.) Currently, subdivision is approved with 18 total units (16 market rate and 2 affordable housing.) In total, proposed subdivision includes 24 units on 19.18 acres. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 4:30 p.m. June 3, 2024. These comments will be sent to Planning Commissioners prior to meeting.
