Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting at the referenced site on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, commencing on-site at 8:30 a.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
Call to Order
1. Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to adjust the location of the ridgeline and ridgeline setback on lot 33 of the South Rim at Foremaster Ridge Phase 2 subdivision on an existing residential home. Applicant - Kevan Webb- Case No. 2024-HS-008.
BACKGROUND AND RECOMMENDATION: This is a request to obtain a hillside development permit for the property located at 1618 E. Howard Lane. There is a retaining wall that has been built in the ridgeline setback. The rear of the property abuts the ridgeline of Foremaster Ridge. The applicant is requesting to review the location of the wall to see what needs to be done to address the wall which sits in the ridgeline setback and was installed without approval by the city. The applicant is looking for a change to the ridgeline and/or possible solutions to address the wall's current location. Meeting time is approximately 8:30 am at 1618 East Howard Lane.
