NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Preliminary Plat: Agate Estates containing 10.62 acres on property located at 2775 W. 2300 S in the R-2 Zone. Preliminary Plat and Rezone: Rezone of 23.41 acres from A-1 and R-3 to PRD and a Preliminary Plat called Sadie's Glen on property located at 2425 W. 2700 S. General Plan Map Amendment: 28.554 acres amending existing boundaries between Medium Density Residential and Commercial designations on property at 2700 S. 2000 W. Site Plan: Proposed office/warehouse located at 1785 Bluff Ridge Drive containing 0.3 acre in the Industrial (ID) zone. Conditional Use Permit: Edgewater Cove Preschool with more than four sessions per week and up to 12 students per session at 3092 S. Edgewater Cove in the PRD Zone.
