Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 9, 2024.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2024.
3. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 Budget
4. Utah NAHRO Conference April 23-25
5. SGHA 5 Year plan is due this year. Public Hearing April 30th 5 pm.
6. Board Members sign off on the 5-year plan and approve.
7. Discuss 2024-2025 SGHA new budget. Approval, Public Hearing May 14, 2024.
8. Board Chair sign PHA Board Resolution & Civil Rights Certification.
9. (15) DSM units have been re-piped with flex. CAP Funds
10. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM.
11. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George
Close Board Meeting and Open for Public Hearing on SGHA Budget.
