We have a small piece of land, parcel 00-0035-2872, that we would like to divide
into 3 separate parcels. See the attached image with the red lines roughly
identifying the desired split lines.
We have sold 00-0000-5334 and desire to have the smallest new piece (tip of the
triangle) provided to the new owners.
We desire to have the new middle piece attached to parcel 00-0000-5326 for
future sale.
The remainder of 00-0035-2872 will continue to be held by the family. There is
access to this property through the adjacent alley.
