NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY AT SAND HOLLOW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 7, 2024 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 4:30 P.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 1, 2023
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Public Hearing
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the first Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business.
