NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 8, 2024 BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

1. Oath of Office. Swearing in of newly appointed Planning & Zoning Commission Member, Crista Kaman.
2. Discussion between Planning and Zoning Commission Members. Review Hinckley Town
Code Title 10-2-4, 10-2-4-2 and Chapter 16. Request from Mayor Brian Florang to clear
up any conflicts.
3. Review and consider an update to the Hinckley Town Zoning map to change Parcel H-2152-3 from Agriculture (AG) to Residential (R-1).
