PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. April 17, 2024
2. Final Plat
A. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT D. This proposal involves approval of a Final Plat for 15 residential units located at approximately 200 East Volunteer Drive.
B. RIVER RUN PLAT E. This proposal involves approval for a Final Plat for 67 residential units located at approximately 200 East Volunteer Drive.
3. Minor Plat Amendment
A. DALLIN ESTATES PLAT E. This proposal involves the revision of a boundary line on 3 residential lots located at 1709 South 1300 East.
4. Minor Subdivision
A. SUNNY RIDGE PLAT J AMENDMENT. This proposal involves the subdivision of a 1.16 acre lot to create two residential lots located at 1525 East 100 South.
5. Utility Improvement Plan
A. 2940 NORTH STREET SEWER PLAN. This proposal involves the improvement of utilities located at 2940 North 350 East.

7. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 ZONING OVERLAY DISTRICTS. Spanish Fork City proposes to amend Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use, concerning Zoning District Overlays regarding railroad spurs and large utility facilities.
