PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah.
The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Preliminary Subdivision 'Estates at Sunrise Ranch, Phase 2' (18 Lots) - located near 3570 N 2300 W (west side), Cedar City, Utah. Applicant: DDJ Development LLC.
Approximately 19.54 acres, located within the E1/2 Section 21, T35S R 11W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (a portion of APN: D-0616-0617-0002).
