IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Residential 5 Acre (R-5) to Residential 1/2 Acre (R-1/2) - located near 2300 W & 3200 N to 3600 N, Cedar City, Utah. Applicant: Onado Investments LLC. Approximately 80.48 acres, located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 & SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 21, T35S, R11W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APNs: D-0618-0000-0000, D-0620-0000-0000 & D-0620-0001-0000).
