NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL AND RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON APRIL 22, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 11, 2023.
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the first Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
2. Consider adoption of an Amended calendar for Board meetings in 2024.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business.
