NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON APRIL 19, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of the District No. 1 Board meeting held on December 18, 2023.
2. Approve the minutes of the District No. 2 Board meeting held on December 18, 2023.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval and acceptance of 1st Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 1.
2. Consider approval and acceptance of 1st Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 2.
3. Consider Amending and Adoption of the New Meeting Schedule for 2024. Currently the third Thursday at 1:30pm.
