Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive public comment regarding consideration, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 72-3-108, to vacate the county road as described in below:
From the point that the public road enters from the West the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section S16 T21SR7E, and crosses through the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section S16, T21S R7E, S1/2SE1/4SE1/4 of Section S9 T21S R7E; S1/2S1/2 of Section S10 T21S R7E, and the N1/2 of S15 T21S R7E, where it terminates.
Discuss/Approve/Deny Ordinance vacating and abandoning the public right of way interest in selected portions of Class Designated county roads.
