NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RED BRIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS WILL HOLD A MEETING ON APRIL 15, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the Minutes from March 22, 2024, Board Meeting.
2. Review and Accept Outstanding Reimbursement Expenditures (if any).

1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-01: A Resolution adopting Rules of Order.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-02: A Resolution implementing an Electronic Meetings Policy.
3. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-03: A Resolution adopting District Bylaws, including Ethics and Fraud Prevention Policies.
4. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-04: A Resolution implementing a District Records Policy.
5. Review First Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 & 2, prepared by CLA.
