- To be posted on Thursday, April 11, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Windsor Mill Townhomes Site Plan request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 11450 S 820 W. The purpose of the request is to review a site plan for 30 townhomes. The previously requested deviation from building material standards is no longer being sought. The hearing will be held on April 25, 2024, at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers.
