Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the City Initiated Landscape Ordinance Update request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above-listed request. The proposed change would apply citywide. The purpose of the request is to remove exemptions for stormwater management areas, public facilities, private schools, and private parks from the limitations on turf installation on slopes and areas less than eight feet in width that may conflict with the water conservation rules adopted by the Utah Department of Natural Resources Division of Water Resources.
The hearing will be held on April 16, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
