NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 16, 2024
at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Site Plan: A Site Plan submitted by Joe Pienezza for a Mister Carwash, to be located at approximately 1632 S 3000 W. The project comprises approximately 1.3 acres in the General Commercial (GC) zone.
Zoning Amendment: Request by Roger Larkin for a rezone of property located at approximately 2419 W 2700 S. The project contains approximately 0.645 acre in the R-1 zone. The proposed zone is R-3.
Zoning Amendment: Request by Leisure Villas to rezone parcels located at approx. 2250 W Antelope Drive, from R-2/A-1 to General Commercial (GC). The property comprises approximately 4.25 acres.
Ordinance Amendment: Request by Cammie Lanning for an amendment to the number of children allowed in a home daycare setting under one operator (10.35.040).
