3. ACTION ITEM
a. The applicant, Ralph Calder, is requesting to amend the conditions of the previously approved Conditional Use Permit, to construct a two story 14-unit condominium development. The previous CUP was approved in May of 2021. In the previously approved CUP, the condition was that the owner would maintain ownership of at least 50% of the units. The applicant would like this amended to be able to have an HOA and sell all the units.
