Planning Commission review of a request for preliminary plat approval of the Pinnacles multi-family (townhouse) project consisting of a proposed 167 lots/units on 13.2 acres, with 4.58 acres of open space, in the MF1 and MF2 zones. The property is located west of Pony Express Parkway and north of E. Aviator Avenue in Section 02, T6S, R2W Salt Lake Base and Meridian over Utah County parcels: 59:034:0159 and 59:034:0158.
