NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah
will meet in public session April 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM

2. Consider adopting a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Utah authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $20,000,000 aggregate
