BACKGROUND: (Presented by Robert Hobbs, Senior Planner) The proposed Ordinance addresses how the City measures fence or wall heights based on a request from the City Council after approval of a previous amendment to the fence code.

12.C ORDINANCE/PUBLIC HEARING - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Amending
the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 17.49 Wildlife Corridor Overlay Zone
BACKGROUND: (Presented by Todd Black, Wildlife Biologist and Environmental Planner) The proposed Ordinance has been presented to the Planning Commission and City Council within the past year and several revisions have been made based on feedback. While not changing the intent of the Code, it has been modified to add clarity and definitions, as needed. Additionally, the proposal provides more wildlife overlay zones, and amends the existing overlay zones.

13.A ORDINANCE - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, to Repeal and Replace Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 2.16 City Administrator
BACKGROUND: (Presented by City Council Members) The proposed ordinance would repeal and replace EMMC Chapter 2.16, to change the title of City Administrator to City Manager. It also provides greater detail regarding appointment, duties, and transitions between City Managers.
