- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. An Ordinance Amending and Restating Sections 2.12, 2.20, 2.22, 16.20, and 16.22 of Virgin's Uniform Land use Ordinances Regulating Enforcement of the Provisions of this code. B. ORDINANCE# PZ-24N: An Ordinance Replacing Chapter 52 'Sign Regulations', Amending Definitions, And Correcting Chapter and Section References. C. ORDINANCE# PZ-24C: Adding Terms/ Definitions for 'Transient Lodging', Prohibiting New Transient Lodging in Commercial Zones, Amending Chapter 30 'Zones and Uses', and Deleting (redundant) Chapter 42. D. ORDINANCE# PZ-24M: An Ordinance: Adopting the Virgin, Utah - Master Transportation Plan - August 2023 (UDOT) with exceptions (redacted) and subject the New General Plan.
