PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

1. PUBLIC HEARING - MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION GOING FROM 2 LOTS TO 3 LOTS AS REQUESTED BY LYNNETTE SPENCER - PARCEL NUMBER O-4-2-1-ANNEX & O-4-1-A NNEX
BEGINNING at Quarter Corner common to Sections 4 and 5, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 52*20'52' East 477.70 feet (South 52*00' East 482.0 feet by record), to the Westerly right-of-way line of U. S.
