NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2nd as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to allow comment during consideration of amendments to the City of Holladay's Definition of Quasi-Public Use and Allowed Uses in C-1, PO, R-1, and R-2 zones to conditionally allow Community Location Use in these zones.
The proposed amendment would amend various applicable sections of Title 13 of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to land use zones currently allowing quasi-public uses and associated review and approval requirements.
The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
