Lake Point 2024 City Council Vacancy Public Notice City Council member Dan Crawford has resigned from his Lake Point City Council Office effective March 21, 2024. This notice is to inform the public of the vacancy and the procedure for filling that vacancy. The vacancy is filled by a vote from the remaining Lake Point City Council Members and Dan Crawford who has reserved his right to participate in the vote under Utah Code 20A-1-510(4)(a). The applicants will be interviewed in an open public meeting and the vote to fill the vacancy will be done at that same meeting. The public meeting where the vacancy will be filled will be Date- Wednesday, April 17, 2024 Time- 6:00 pm Place- 1528 Sunset Road Lake Point, Ut 84074 If someone is interested in applying for the vacancy they must contact and meet with the City Recorder, Jamie Olson, and file an application (in person). Unfortunately, Jamie will be out of town for a clerk training between April 1-5, 2024. Please adjust to this absence.
