Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items: 1. Consider the Hirschi Annexation located in the vicinity of 1711 West 3000 North. 2. Consider a General Plan change from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential in the vicinity of 1711 West 3000 North. 3. Consider a Zone Change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Dwelling, Multiple Unit (R-3-M) located in the vicinity of 1711 West 3000 North. 4. Consider a Zone Change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Residential Neighborhood (RN) located in the vicinity of 1711 West 3000 North. 5. Consider a General Plan Change from Natural Open Space to Central Commercial located in the vicinity of 2300 N Main Street. 6. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment pertaining to Flag Lots. 12. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 26-III-2 pertaining to R-1 lot widths. 13.
