A petition has been filed proposing annexation of an area into Midway City. The Midway City Council received notice of certification of the petition, from the Midway City Recorder, on 19 March 2024. The area proposed for annexation is located at 850 Bigler Lane, Midway (Map attached). The boundaries of the area proposed for annexation are also attached.

Midway City may grant the petition and annex the area unless by the end of business hours on 18 April 2024 a written protest to the petition is filed with the Wasatch County Boundary Commission, at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032, by an entity or real property owner authorized to file such a protest. A copy of the protest must also be delivered to the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah 84049.
