NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Commission will hold a public hearing on April 16,
2024, at 3:00 p.m. in Commission Chambers at 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to consider the
adoption pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 72-3-108, to vacate the county road located:
Interested persons may submit data, views, and arguments at that time regarding whether the
vacation of the road should or should not be adopted. All members of the public are invited to attend
and participate. A copy of the proposed Vacation is on file at the office of the Emery County
Planning and Zoning Administrator, Jim Jennings, at 75 E. Main Street in Castle Dale, where it may
be reviewed during regular business hours. Additional information regarding the roads to be
vacated, including maps and plats, may be obtained from Published in the ETV Newspaper from
March 18 through April 15, 2024.

T21S R7E; S1/2S1/2 of Section S10 T21S R7E, and the N1/2 of S15 T21S R7E, where it terminates.
