Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Meeting Called to Order: - Invocation or Thought by Chair Hellewell - Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner King - Adoption of Meeting Agenda 2. Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for February 6, 2024 3. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed ordinance amendment as to the water share fee-in-lieu percentage requirement for commercial development (8.10.090). 5. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed text amendment stipulating minimum garage depth calculations be derived from outer edge of interior protrusions, i.e., stairs, landings utility closets, etc. to inside of garage door (10.40.030). 6. Adjourn Work Session 1. Department Business: a) City Council Liaison Report b) City Attorney Update 2. Discussion Items: a) Upcoming Agenda Items 3. Commissioner Reports 4.
