PC 24-015 Mountain America Credit Union [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Mountain America Credit Union, Amber Lake/Blue Spring Business Park LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a Design Review and Conditional Use Permit for a new branch of Mountain America Credit Union with an attached drive-thru located at 991 West 1000 North in the Industrial Park (IP) zone; TIN 05-123-0002 (Bridger Neighborhood).
