3.1 Plat Amendment - Vacating Lot 2 of Martin's Cove Subdivision and approving
Martin's Cove Amended Subdivision located generally at 690 North 750 East in the
R8 zone.
3.2 Preliminary Plat - Approving the preliminary plat of 400 West Commercial
Subdivision located generally at 754 North 400 West in the C2 zone.
3.3 Site Plan - Approving the site plan for Holiday Oil located generally at 1981 South
Geneva Road in the C2 zone.
3.4 Site Plan - Approving the site plan for Orem Tech South Retail located generally
at 1637 West 1340 North in the PD36 zone.
3.5 PUBLIC HEARING - Amending Article 22-11-41 of the Orem City Code to
include an optional use of interior climate controlled storage units as a permitted
use. And amending Article 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by
rezoning the property located generally at 1385 West 1600 North from the HS zone
to the PD28 zone. Also, amending Appendix L by adding the concept plans and
building elevations for the Citadel Storage development.
