NOTICE TO BIDDERS General Contractors are invited to submit Prequalification Documents to become prequalified to bid on City Cemetery Roadway and Irrigation Improvements, Job No. PRK23013. Prequalification Documents shall be received electronically via SciQuest until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Prequalification Documents delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Prequalification Documents will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on March 8, 2024, at 5:00 pm. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (SciQuest). The Work will consist of improvements including, but not limited to, demolition of existing elements, civil/sitework, reconstruction and installation of roadways, storm drainage, irrigation systems/components/deep root watering, curb and gutter and waterways, and street signs. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Documents or to waive any informality or technicality in any Prequalification Documents deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
