Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Department is receiving public comment regarding the following: Weber Wild Subdivision Plat Amendment Affecting Lots 10 and 11 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Weber Wild Subdivision Plat Amendment - affecting boundary between lots 10 and 11. Proposed amendment adjusts boundary between lots 10 and 11. No other property affected. Applicants are Shane Moore and Garn Kemp. Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-2-E-2, public comment is welcome through March 14, 2024, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com or 435-783-0056. According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
