Description/Agenda

The San Juan County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the San Juan County Administration Building, 117 South Main, Monticello, Utah. During the meeting, the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will accept public comment regarding the Establishment of the San Juan County Consolidated Fee Schedule and Repealing and Replacing Previously Approved Fee Schedules Adopted and Established Prior to the new Ordinance. In Accordance with Utah Code §17-53-211, San Juan County is to adopt and ordinance establishing fees for services; the public hearing is to hear from the public about any concerns or comments regarding fee changes or proposed fees within the Ordinance.
