DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. February 21, 2024.
2. Final Plat
A. PARKWAY PLAZA PHASE 2 AMENDED. This proposal involves amending a previously approved plat to allow for modifications to the building footprint of a commercial building located at 1642 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
B. SHELLY ACRES SUBDIVISION PLAT A. The proposal involves approval of a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development including thirteen residential lots located at approximately 700 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
3. Zone Change
A. L&S COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ENHANCEMENT OVERLAY. This proposal would allow for reduced side and rear setbacks for a commercial development located at 1100 South Main Street.
4. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change
A. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES EXPANDED. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-3 with the Master Planned Development Overlay and to approve a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development with 201 multi-family residential units to be located at approximately 300 East Volunteer Drive.
5. Adjourn
