Notice of a Public Hearing
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
Title 15 Amendments:
- Title 15 Amendments: The proposal is for various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use.
Zone Change:
- River Run Peterson Re-Zone: The proposal is to change the zoning from Rural Residential to R-3 with a Master Planned Development Overlay for an expansion of the residential development called River Run Townhomes located at approximately 816 South River Bottoms Road.
- L&S Development Enhancement Overlay. The proposal is to apply the Development Enhancement Overlay to the Commercial property located at 1200 South Main Street.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
