NOTICE OF OGDEN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, Utah to consider the following: 1. Petition to move the zone boundary and 12th Street Corridor Overlay boundary approximately 28 feet south between 967 12th St. and 1245 Monroe Blvd, changing the zone from R-3 (Multiple-family Residential) to CP-1 (Neighborhood Commercial). 2. Amend the Mixed-use zoning text standards for the Ogden Bend area to: a. Modify building types allowed. b. Modify maximum building lengths fronting the street. c. Establish sign standards. The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website www.ogdencity.com/Planning. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
