PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Residential 5 Acre (R-5) to Commercial (C) - located near 3280 N (Meadowlark Lane) and Old Hwy 91, Cedar City, Utah. Applicant: Hilton Butler
Approximately 5.62 acres, located within the S1/2 SW1/4 Section 24, T35S R 11W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (a portion of APN: D-0636-0026-0001).
