Please take notice that the Marysvale Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
SUBJECT: Title 12 Amendments
DATE: March 7, 2024
TIME: 7:00 PM
LOCATION: Marysvale Town Community Center, 215 N 100 W, Marysvale, UT 84750
The proposed amendments include 1) comprehensive amendments to multiple chapters of Title 12 in order to remain compatible with Utah State Code; 2) amendments to Title 12-600 regarding accessory buildings and accessory dwelling units.
