- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of February 14, 2024, passed the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2024-02 An Ordinance Amending Section 3-1-6 Of The Town Code Regarding Annual Business License Renewals 2. Ordinance 2024-03 Establish A Policy Governing Enforcement Of Building Without A Permit Violations In The Town Of Springdale Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State Of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of said Ordinance is attached and also may be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.
